About The Position

An established, thriving, full-scope optometric practice in Southern Oregon is seeking an Optometrist to provide comprehensive, patient-focused eye care to a diverse community of patients, from children to seniors. The practice offers modern diagnostic and therapeutic technology, a well-equipped optical boutique, and a collaborative environment that supports continued learning and professional growth. The Optometrist will provide comprehensive eye exams, manage ocular disease, and deliver specialty services including dry eye and contact lens care. The role includes a steady flow of patients supported by skilled staff, with opportunities to handle routine and complex cases, co-management, and urgent care. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with no weekends. Compensation includes a sign-on bonus, relocation support, medical and malpractice coverage, production bonuses, and continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

Licensed Optometrist.
Passion for patient care.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to collaborate as part of a team.
Interest in staying current with industry advancements and using new technologies and treatment methods.
