About The Position

LensCrafters is seeking an Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with LensCrafters (Luxottica) to join as an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist. As a private Independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary, while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctor's office and provides high-quality optometric care and service to patients. The terms of agreement, practice model, pay, and hours are negotiated directly between the Associate Doctor and the Subleasing Doctor.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry degree.
• Affiliation with LensCrafters (Luxottica).
• Negotiate terms of agreement, practice model, pay, and hours directly with the Subleasing Doctor.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with digital eye examination technology (Clarifye).
• Experience with Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients.
• Work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist.
• Exercise professional autonomy in patient care.
• Perform full scope of practice as per professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor.
