Bakersfield Eye Care Optometric Center is looking to add a floating Optometrist to its team. The practice is offering relocation assistance. Services include comprehensive eye exams, children’s eye care, contact lens exams, eye disease management, treatment for a variety of eye conditions, urgent care for eye emergencies, LASIK and refractive surgery co-management, myopia management, and scleral contact lenses. Requirements

Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D., including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure
1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills
Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties
