What you'll do: As a full-time optometrist, you’ll work Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Each optometrist follows a 25-slot exam template, with a reduced 22-slot exam template on Fridays, ensuring you can provide thorough, attentive, and patient-focused care. In this role, you will provide comprehensive eye exams, recommend vision-enhancing solutions, and promote long-term eye health through patient education, all while following an accommodative exam template that allows for an engaged and unrushed experience. Requirements

Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure
1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills
Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties
