Services include comprehensive eye health assessments, diagnosis and management of ocular diseases, contact lens evaluations and fittings, and the prescription of high-quality eyewear. By combining cutting-edge technology, clinical expertise, and a patient-centered approach, Coley & Coley Family Eye Care delivers innovative solutions tailored to individual vision needs. What you'll do: As a full-time optometrist, you’ll work Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Each optometrist follows a 25-slot exam template, with a reduced 22-slot exam template on Fridays, ensuring you can provide thorough, attentive, and patient-focused care. In this role, you will provide comprehensive eye exams, recommend vision-enhancing solutions, and promote long-term eye health through patient education, all while following an accommodative exam template that allows for an engaged and unrushed experience. Requirements

  • Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure
  • 1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties
