Pugliese Family Eye Care in Smithfield, Rhode Island, is seeking an Associate Optometrist to join its highly respected, patient-centered practice as it plans for a smooth transition following a provider's retirement at the end of June. With patients ranging from 6 months to 100+ years old, the practice offers a well-rounded mix of medical and routine vision care, including glaucoma management, myopia management, geriatric and pediatric care, and sports vision. Backed by a loyal patient base and a commitment to clinical excellence, the practice is also focused on growth, with plans to expand to additional locations and continue building its sports vision specialty.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-scope optometric care for a diverse patient base, seeing approximately 20 patients per day in a dynamic and rewarding practice environment.
  • Conduct comprehensive eye exams.
  • Diagnose and manage a range of vision and eye health needs.
  • Deliver personalized care to patients of all ages.
