About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Optometrist for Panama City Eye Care in Panama City, Florida. This is an opportunity to join an established private optometry practice providing comprehensive eye care. The role involves performing comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic ocular conditions, prescribing corrective lenses, and developing individualized treatment plans. The Optometrist will also educate patients on eye health and preventative care and collaborate with an experienced support staff in a patient-focused practice. The position offers excellent work-life balance with shortened Fridays, a private practice setting with full support staff, and the opportunity to practice full-scope optometry in a beautiful Gulf Coast community.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) Degree from an Accredited Program
• Active Florida Optometry License or Ability to Obtain One
• Strong Clinical Skills in Diagnosing and Treating Ocular Conditions
• Excellent Communication and Patient Care Skills
• Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
