About The Position

This position is accountable for maintaining the Online Design Studio (Envision), maintaining option specifications, and reporting option trends. Requirements

Bachelor degree with basic academic and practical skills gained through school curriculum combined with at least one year of related work experience and/or training.
General knowledge of data analysis administrative skills and office functions.
General office and administrative skills to assist in the processing of departmental workflow.
Customer-service oriented with professional and courteous attitude.
Good verbal and written communication skills for interaction with a variety of people inside and outside of organization.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Good working knowledge of word processing, estimating and spreadsheet software packages.

Responsibilities

Maintains Online Design Studio (Envision) which includes linking pictures and specifications to options, creating pictures as needed for options, and reviewing option descriptions for clarity and accuracy.
Maintains option specifications, which includes reviewing specifications of options, providing option specifications to purchasing for bid, and presenting options to the sales team of new or updated options.
Reports option trends, which includes reviewing selection frequency of options, presenting quarterly reports of options that have been selected, and recommending options that should be culled due to infrequency of selection.
Serves as point of contact for custom option requests and assists in the costing of custom options.
Coordinates buyer redline selections by meeting with large lot buyers to coordinate option selection and redlining plans with buyer selections.
Backs up purchasing team members.
Performs additional tasks as directed by the VP of Purchasing.
