About The Position

We are looking for a candidate with a great personality, dependable, and willingness to learn skills to become an optician. If you already have some optical experience lets expand on it. You will be joining a friendly, caring, customer-focused team willing to train the right candidate.

General Function:
To uncover the visual needs of our patients. Recommend the best procedures and products that meets those needs. Build Brand by exemplary Customer Service Experience.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Organizational skills
• Computer skills
• Knowledge of basic mathematics
• High School Diploma or equivalence
• Able to work flexible hours including some nights and some Saturdays.

Nice To Haves

• Some optical experience

Responsibilities

• Personally assist customers by giving prompt, courteous and professional service. while helping them choose frames and lenses that fit their style and needs.
• Knowledge of Optical Insurance
• Product Knowledge
• Knowledge of promotions, sales and discounts of Company
• Dispense optical eye wear in accordance with professional standards
• Performs repairs, adjustments, verifies accuracy of completed eye wear
• Instruct Contact Lens insertion and removal class
• Achieve established Sales and Customer Service objectives
