About The Position

Fabricate advanced optical components used in semiconductor photolithography machines, producing high-precision optics according to production schedules. Technicians work in one of several processing competencies, which may include CNC machining of glass, grinding and polishing optical surfaces, coating optics in deposition chambers, aligning and assembling glass parts, or measuring optical characteristics for in-process feedback and final inspection. The role involves handling delicate components, maintaining a safe and organized processing area, following standards, and contributing to continuous improvement alongside colleagues and partner teams. This position works the Front End Days schedule: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and alternate Wednesdays. The work takes place in a clean-room environment and may involve exposure to lasers, chemicals, moving mechanical parts, magnetic fields, high voltage and currents, and moderate to high noise levels. Work authorization in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship is required, as is legal authorization to access controlled technology before beginning work.
