CEVA Logistics is seeking an Ops Supervisor II to oversee transportation and customs processes, providing customer service for shipment, receipt, and documentation of imported/exported products in accordance with federal and foreign regulations. This role involves developing and providing excellent customer service, supervising departmental activities, assisting in staff and customer retention and training, conducting staff meetings, and addressing employee performance issues. The supervisor will also oversee performance statistics, review shipment documentation for accuracy, compute duties and tariffs, communicate with customs officials, establish and revise policies for customs clearance operations, identify areas of concern in client import/export processes, communicate with the operations manager, and participate in or supervise department projects. A flexible work schedule, including outside normal business hours and after-hours on-call rotation, is required.
