About The Position

At Hometrack Real Estate Marketing, we provide realtors and small businesses with professional photography, Matterport 3D tours, videography, drone photography/videography, virtual staging, custom design, and printed marketing materials. We are seeking an experienced real estate photographer for consistent and reliable work. While our company is based in Baltimore, we service multiple states and parts of the US. We offer ongoing training in digital media and imaging, including Matterport, 2D floor plans, and drone services, to keep our team at the forefront of real estate technology. Our administrative department handles appointment scheduling, and our editing team manages all post-production work. Photographers are only required to submit their daily photos by 8:00 PM (EST) on the same day. This is a contract position for a passionate, reliable photographer with strong communication skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines. Travel to adjacent counties may be required.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a real estate photographer
• Full Frame DSLR
• Wide angle lens (16mm/17mm)
• Tripod
• Computer with high-speed internet for editing
• Proficiency in Lightroom
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone
• Eye for detail
• Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
• Professional presentation

Nice To Haves

• Advanced shooting and editing techniques
• Experience with Matterport camera
• Experience with drone technology
• Videography skills

Responsibilities
