About The Position

The Department of Health is seeking an OPS Senior Clerk to perform various administrative and clerical duties. This position involves managing electronic records, completing employment verifications, inputting HR information into People First, corresponding with customers, responding to public records requests, copying and scanning documents, and answering the main HR telephone line.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • File electronic records in the designated file repository.
  • Complete employment verifications.
  • Input Human Resources (HR) information into People First.
  • Correspond with customers to obtain required documents.
  • Respond to public records requests.

  • Answer HR’s main telephone line and direct customers to appropriate staff members.
