The OPS Research Coordinator will assist in the development of project standard operating procedures and forms, recruit and retain study participants, and coordinate all team members involved in testing. This role involves administering research procedures and assessments, including cognitive assessments and other study-specific testing. The coordinator will manage day-to-day logistics for research projects, including scheduling of imaging visits, and respond to participant and study-related inquiries promptly. Responsibilities also include collecting, entering, and managing study data using project management software, tracking project milestones, and reporting metrics of research success. The coordinator will work closely with the study team to coordinate participant activities and imaging, de-identify data, and prepare it for blinded analysis. Additionally, this role involves ordering study materials, retaining records, assisting with regulatory compliance reporting, IRB filings and submissions, and ensuring study activities meet research objectives and maintain regulatory compliance. Financial management, including sponsor invoicing and resolving study subject billing issues, is also a key part of this position. The coordinator will act as a liaison for research participants, investigators, IRB, sponsors, and healthcare professionals. In laboratory operations, they will coordinate scheduling and testing with imaging facilities for MRI studies and assist in the day-to-day management of the laboratory. Special studies or projects may be coordinated as directed, and other tasks as requested by the PI will be performed.
