About The Position

This position involves designing and executing experiments in both mouse and human systems, including primary cell and organoid work. Responsibilities include performing and supporting rodent surgeries, injections, and colony management. The role requires running and troubleshooting flow cytometry, PCR, Western blot, and electroporation protocols. Additionally, the position involves performing animal work in accordance with IACUC compliance, contributing to data analysis and manuscript drafting, and mentoring junior lab members as needed.

Requirements

  • MSc plus relevant research experience or PhD in immunology, reproductive biology, or a related life science field
  • Flow cytometry experience
  • Mouse handling experience
  • Basic molecular technique experience

Nice To Haves

  • General reproductive biology experience
  • CRISPR/Cas9 experience
  • Electroporation experience
  • Reproductive immunology background, particularly ovarian or uterine tissue
  • Primary cell culture experience
  • Histology experience
