Assistant Research Scientist
About The Position
The Assistant Research Scientist assists with all aspects of research, including recruiting research participants, obtaining informed consent, collecting clinical and research data from participants, and capturing data from medical records. The position is based at the Medical Center Office Building (901 7th Ave) in the Clinical and Translational Science department and works a first shift schedule for 40 standard weekly hours. Cook Children’s is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field, such as healthcare, social science, or health science.
- Computer proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including oral, written, and electronic communication.
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare experience preferred.
