About The Position

This position involves designing and executing experiments using both mouse and human systems, including primary cell and organoid work. The role requires performing and supporting rodent surgeries, injections, and colony management. Responsibilities also include running and troubleshooting flow cytometry, PCR, Western blot, and electroporation protocols. The individual will perform animal work in accordance with IACUC compliance, contribute to data analysis and manuscript drafting, and mentor junior lab members as needed.

Requirements

• MSc plus relevant research experience or PhD in immunology, reproductive biology, or a related life science field
• Flow cytometry experience
• Mouse handling experience
• Basic molecular technique experience

Nice To Haves

• General reproductive biology experience
• CRISPR/Cas9 experience
• Electroporation experience
• Reproductive immunology background, particularly ovarian or uterine tissue
• Primary cell culture experience
• Histology experience
