The Operations Product Delivery Manager directly supports leaders and employees in the adoption of new tools, technologies, and processes. This role is responsible for supporting strategic initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, optimize business processes, and drive sustainable change across departments. This role combines leadership in change management methodology with expertise in process improvement and continuous improvement principles to enhance efficiency, quality, and employee engagement. This role supports the Air Ops organization in end-to-end change management from researching and interpreting data, intake research, process improvements, defining current vs future state supported by employee feedback and leader inputs, driving organizational change management strategies, project management, and tactical change activities throughout the system.
