Additionally, the role includes building community-based systems, engaging with instructors and coaches, serving as a liaison for technology issues, assessing participant needs for continuous improvement, and cultivating relationships with community and business partners. The position also involves designing professional development experiences, informing content design changes based on participant needs, and supplementing learning with online resources. Operational support includes assisting with recruitment and enrollment, distributing and collecting documentation, contributing to data collection, tracking project performance, and coordinating logistics for events. Collaboration with various teams is essential for promoting instructional practices and project success. Other duties may be assigned.
