The UF Health Cancer Institute (UFHCI) is the 72nd NCI-designated cancer center and the only NCI-designated cancer center based at a public university in the state of Florida. As a matrix cancer center, UFHCI spans all 16 colleges at the University of Florida, bringing together a multidisciplinary community of faculty and staff to address the cancer burden faced by the populations we serve and advance our shared mission to prevent, detect, treat, and ultimately cure cancer. As an Education Program Data Coordinator at the UF Health Cancer Institute (UFHCI), you will support the Education team in maintaining and managing trainee and program data for the Cancer Training & Education Program. In your new role, you will be responsible for: Maintaining, updating, and quality-checking the Cancer Training & Education Program’s database of current and former students and trainees. Entering, organizing, and reviewing trainee data to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and appropriate data security. Conducting follow-up with former students and trainees to track educational and career outcomes, including career placement, publications, grants, awards, and other accomplishments. Supporting program events, conferences, communications, outreach, and other Education program activities.
