OPS Education Program Data Coordinator
About The Position
The UF Health Cancer Institute (UFHCI) is seeking an Education Program Data Coordinator to support its Education team. This role involves maintaining and managing trainee and program data for the Cancer Training & Education Program. The UFHCI is the 72nd NCI-designated cancer center and the only one based at a public university in Florida, spanning all 16 colleges at the University of Florida to address cancer burden and advance its mission. This position is ideal for candidates interested in exploring or developing a career in higher education administration, research administration, healthcare, or related fields.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful pre-employment screening, including a background check.
- Good organization and communication skills for collaborative work across teams and functions.

- Experience with data entry, database management or records upkeep.
- Experience using survey software solutions and data collection tools, including Qualtrics.
- Experience working in a professional environment.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities
- Maintaining, updating, and quality-checking the Cancer Training & Education Program’s database of current and former students and trainees.
- Entering, organizing, and reviewing trainee data to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and appropriate data security.
- Conducting follow-up with former students and trainees to track educational and career outcomes, including career placement, publications, grants, awards, and other accomplishments.
- Supporting program events, conferences, communications, outreach, and other Education program activities.
