Aon is looking for an Operations and Technology Specialist II. This is a hybrid position, working out of our Jacksonville, FL, Chicago, IL, or our Bannockburn, IL office. Requirements

• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word skills

Responsibilities

• Train all new team members
• Conduct refresher training for all staff
• Develop and refine training plans
• Review work of new team members
• Review and update workflows
• Work with operations team to create new workflows
• Work with Audit team to design and further develop auditing practices
• Assist with maintenance of internal SharePoint website
