Ophthalmologist, Glaucoma Specialist
About The Position
Join a thriving, physician-owned ophthalmic practice as an Ophthalmologist or Glaucoma Specialist. The practice prioritizes patient care, teamwork, and community involvement, and provides support from work-up technicians, machine technicians, and scribes for every doctor. Clinical staffing determines each provider’s scheduled appointments to support patient care and providers. The role follows a Monday-to-Friday schedule and offers the opportunity for partnership within two years. Compensation includes a base salary of $250,000 to $325,000, depending on specialty and experience, plus a percentage-based incentive structure. The practice offers relocation assistance and a retention bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Valid Ohio state medical license or be in the process of obtaining one.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified.
