About The Position
We are a thriving, physician-owned ophthalmology practice seeking an exceptional ophthalmologist to help manage a rapidly growing patient base. Our clinical focus includes medical retina, glaucoma, and premium cataract surgery, supported by advanced technology, a robust referral network, and an outstanding support team. This position offers a rare fast-track partnership opportunity in a highly desirable coastal community, with significant non-insurance cash income, no hospital call, and minimal practice call. The practice has been established for over 35 years with no history of malpractice suits. A senior ophthalmologist transitioning toward reduced clinical volume will provide mentorship in premium cataract surgery, glaucoma, and/or medical retina, with the opportunity to inherit a substantial patient base. The practice is lifestyle-focused with waterfront offices, no hospital call, and minimal after-hours responsibilities. There is an on-site clinical research center offering access to cutting-edge therapies and significant additional revenue streams.
