Requirements

MD or DO
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Ophthalmology
Florida medical license (or eligible)
Excellent surgical and clinical skills
Strong commitment to patient-centered care
Interest in long-term practice growth

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive ophthalmology services.
Conduct high-volume cataract surgeries.
Participate in the premium IOL program.
Provide glaucoma care (preferred but not required).

Focus on patient care while the team manages scheduling, billing, marketing, and operations.
