About The Position

Emory University’s Department of Ophthalmology/Emory Eye Center is seeking a full-time Comprehensive Ophthalmologist (MD) to join its faculty at the rank of Assistant Professor or higher. The role is 1.0 FTE and TEC. The successful candidate will provide general and comprehensive ophthalmology care, including diagnosing and managing a broad range of ocular conditions, and contribute to the department’s clinical and academic missions by teaching and mentoring residents, fellows, and medical students. The position must be performed in person at an Emory University location; remote work is not an option. Emory reserves the right to change this status with notice to the employee.

Requirements

• MD degree.
• Ability to provide general/comprehensive ophthalmology care, including diagnosis and management of a broad range of ocular conditions.
