About The Position

Northwest Eye Surgeons is seeking a skilled and compassionate Ophthalmologist with advanced cataract surgical experience to join its established, high-volume referral practice in Seattle, Washington. The position offers an opportunity to build a career in a respected ophthalmic group known for clinical excellence, collaborative care, and strong patient outcomes. The physician will work alongside experienced ophthalmologists, optometrists, and dedicated clinical teams, with access to modern facilities, advanced technology, and a regional referral network. The role focuses on cataract surgery and comprehensive ophthalmic care in a high-demand, referral-based setting. The physician will contribute to clinical innovation, collaboration, and exceptional patient outcomes within a patient-centered, integrated care model. The organization has six clinics and four surgery centers in the Puget Sound area, as well as additional locations throughout Washington, Idaho, and Alaska.

Requirements

MD or DO degree and completion of an accredited ophthalmology residency.
Board-certified.
Washington State medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
DEA certification.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
Advanced cataract surgical experience.
