About The Position
Northwest Eye Surgeons is actively recruiting a fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist to step into a fully built, high-demand practice in Seattle. This is a walk-in opportunity with an established referral network with immediate and sustained patient demand. This role offers the chance to operate at scale, maximize income, and practice alongside respected colleagues. Northwest Eye Surgeons is a leading ophthalmic referral center in the Pacific Northwest, known for clinical excellence and innovation, with 6 established clinic locations and 4 AAAHC-accredited surgery centers in the Puget Sound. The role involves performing high-volume glaucoma surgery with access to advanced techniques and technology, managing a broad spectrum of glaucoma pathology with cataract integration, collaborating with a large, loyal OD referral network, and helping to drive continued growth and innovation within the glaucoma program. This role offers day-one surgical volume, a proven referral engine, efficiency leading to higher earnings, a collegial, physician-led culture, and true work-life balance with flexibility without sacrificing income or case volume. Requirements
- Fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist
- Board-certified or board-eligible (MD/DO)
- Eligible for Washington licensure and DEA
- Surgeon who thrives in a high-volume, high-performance environment
- Strong communicator who values team-based care
