About The Position

MidWest Eye Center is a rapidly growing, multi-location, multispecialty practice seeking a Fellowship-trained Glaucoma/Cataract surgeon for a full-time opportunity in Cincinnati, Ohio. The practice utilizes state-of-the-art technology and provides an innovative and integrated approach to total eye care, offering diagnosis, surgical, and non-surgical treatment for eye diseases. The offices are well-equipped with full staff and EHR. The position offers extra resources and a partnership program through affiliation with EyeSouth Partners, strategic management support for onboarding and success maximization, access to corporate support services to reduce administrative burden and improve clinical efficiency, and a network of over 400 ophthalmologists and optometrists. Partnership eligibility is available after 1-2 years for experienced hires and 2-3 years for residents/fellows.

Requirements

• Fellowship-trained Glaucoma/Cataract surgeon
• Board certified or Board eligible

Responsibilities

• Manage an already established significant surgical volume with current medical staff.
