Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Ophthalmologist to join their growing team in Dallas, TX. This position is part of their vision to build a multi-specialty ophthalmology program. The role involves helping develop and expand the Ophthalmology service line at Baylor University Medical Center (BUMC), with a primarily outpatient focus and some inpatient consults. It is an employed position through HealthTexas Provider Network (HTPN), the multispecialty medical group affiliated with Baylor Scott & White Health in Dallas–Fort Worth. The position is located on the campus of Baylor University Medical Center (BUMC), a Level I Trauma Center and flagship tertiary/quaternary care hospital. It offers integrated access to multidisciplinary specialty support in a collaborative environment, a unified EPIC electronic health record (EHR) system across the entire Baylor Scott & White network, and opportunities for teaching and academic involvement with residents, fellows, and medical students from Texas A&M School of Medicine.
