About The Position
Northwest Eye Surgeons is actively recruiting a fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist to step into a fully built, high-demand practice in Seattle. This is a walk-in opportunity with an established referral network and immediate and sustained patient demand. The role involves performing high-volume glaucoma surgery with access to advanced techniques and technology, managing a broad spectrum of glaucoma pathology, and collaborating with a large, loyal OD referral network. The position offers opportunities to drive continued growth and innovation within the glaucoma program and provides day-one surgical volume with immediate OR access. The practice has a proven referral engine, optimized clinic flow, strong tech support, and modern infrastructure, leading to higher earnings. It fosters a collegial, physician-led culture with opportunities for leadership and mentorship.
Requirements
- Fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist
- Board-certified or board-eligible (MD/DO)
- Eligible for Washington licensure and DEA
- Surgeon who thrives in a high-volume, high-performance environment
- Strong communicator who values team-based care
Responsibilities
