About The Position

FVCL is a rapidly growing medical ophthalmology clinic specializing in eye disease and surgeries with advanced technology. We have nationally-recognized team of ophthalmologists with vast clinical experience in a wide variety of ocular services including MSP covered exams and surgeries, as well as private lens surgeries and LASIK. We are looking for an energetic and detail oriented individual to join our dynamic and growing ophthalmic clinic and surgical centre!

- Accuro EMR system
- Strong work ethic

Responsibilities
- Greeting patients in person, on the phone and by email in a helpful and informative manner
- Billing, invoicing and receiving payments
- Booking and coordinating patient appointments
- Providing physicians and patients with attentive care and service
- Tracking patient lab test results and booking follow-up appointments
- Providing patients with detailed instructions on various lab tests
- Working collaboratively with physicians and other colleagues
- Collaborating in the establishment of the systems and processes in place at the clinic
- Cooperating with physicians in meeting their needs requirements
