About The Position

Hydrostat is hiring Operators in Rice, Minnesota, to work with propane cylinders and tanks. This hands-on role involves preparing tanks for processing, handling materials, and operating forklifts, front-end loaders, hand tools, and industrial equipment. The position offers a Monday–Friday day shift, typically approximately 6:00 AM–4:00 PM, with overtime available based on business needs. Starting pay is $22.00+ per hour. Hands-on training and opportunities to learn new equipment and skills are offered.

Responsibilities

• Remove, install, and tighten propane valves.
• Drain and prepare propane tanks for processing.
• Load and unload propane tanks and cylinders.
• Operate forklifts and front-end loaders.
• Use hand tools throughout the day.
• Move and organize materials throughout the facility.
• Follow established safety procedures and help keep operations running efficiently.
