About The Position

Under limited supervision, operators will be expected to maintain proper bin levels, manage production throughput and quality standards, sanitation upkeep, managing and adjusting process equipment as needed, and to complete any necessary tasks. Operators must also have additional knowledge of the plant flow in order to make swift changes for production rate maximization.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts daily inspections, reporting any problems noted.
  • Continuously monitors and cleans equipment for optimal performance and quality
  • Review production records and labeling for accuracy
  • Perform quality checks as required
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
