Operator - Level 2 (2nd Shift)
About The Position
This is an opportunity level position with great room for growth. The operator will read Work Orders and perform work as assigned by the department supervisor. As necessary, the operator will unpack, catch, bag, shrink wrap, and sometimes run digital and mechanical production equipment to produce sub-assemblies or finished product. The operator will attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages, pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes, and log production in schedule boards. The operator will notify the supervisor of any mechanical or material issues and place finished goods on the designated pallet. The role requires maintaining a clean and safe work area, quality, and a great attitude.
Requirements
- A desire to succeed.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain good attendance.
- Computer literate.
- Good mechanical ability, including math and measurement skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with digital print, print finishing, or extrusion.
