About The Position

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team at our Chaska, MN bakery. As a Production Operator, you will contribute to all phases of the team‑oriented production and packaging process by operating automated equipment, supporting equipment maintenance and hygiene, and ensuring food safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, and loud production environments
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow operating procedures
• Commitment to safety, quality, and GMP compliance

Nice To Haves

• Prior manufacturing experience
• Food manufacturing experience
• Experience operating automated production or packaging equipment

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust automated production and packaging equipment to meet food specifications
• Maintain equipment settings and ensure materials and supplies are available when needed
• Monitor equipment performance, identify issues, and make minor adjustments or escalate as required
• Support preventative maintenance, hygiene, and sanitation of production equipment
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all safety requirements
• Assist with standardizing procedures to improve line efficiency and product quality
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production operations
