About The Position

As a Production Operator at Maverick Pipe in Richmond, Kentucky, you will support the efficient production of piping and strut products while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized working environment. The role involves operating production equipment, performing quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet specifications, and promptly addressing defects or deviations. The operator works collaboratively with team members and follows direction from supervisors and team leaders.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment; similar-industry experience is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections and follow production standards.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and use manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate machinery and conduct inspections.
Comfort working around noise, dust, and varying temperatures, and wearing required personal protective equipment.
