About The Position

Operates portion cup creamer filling machines and packages product. The Operator follows safety, GMP, HACCP, and MSS procedures; performs production setup and checks; maintains supplies and housekeeping; completes required documentation; and reports food safety, quality, and equipment issues. The role also includes filler and attached tank/line sanitation and CIP, and keeping the supervisor informed about production progress and interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Operate portion cup creamer filling machines and package product.
• Follow all safety rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Follow all GMP, HACCP, and MSS requirements.
• Report food safety or quality problems to management and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Complete paperwork, charts, and other documentation in a timely and legible manner.
• Maintain general housekeeping and keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Maintain an adequate supply of cartons and cups to avoid line interruptions.
• Set up the filler for production.
• Pull creamer samples for laboratory testing, vacuum checks, and weight verification.
• Perform sanitation and CIP of the filler and attached tanks and lines.
• Report maintenance issues to the maintenance department using a maintenance request form or immediate request over the paging system.
• Keep the supervisor informed about actual versus planned production and production-disrupting problems, including reasons for equipment downtime.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervision.
