About The Position

Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LP’s Performance Pipe division is hiring an Operator for its Hagerstown facility. Performance Pipe produces polyethylene piping products. In this role, the Operator supports safe and efficient pipe manufacturing and shipping operations while helping ensure product quality. The position is part of the Polymers & Specialties division and Commercial business unit. The company seeks someone committed to safety, precision, teamwork, and learning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• General knowledge and experience using various types of hand tools.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Proficient in verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily safety routines.
• Use basic hand and power tools.
• Measure pipe and verify dimensional tolerances.
• Prepare product for shipping.
• Assist teammates as required.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
