The Operator 4 is responsible for assembling and wiring cabinets in accordance with engineering drawings, and work instructions. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work with hand and power tools, and a commitment to quality and safety. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
ability to read and interpret drawings
familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
basic understanding of electrical components and wiring practices
strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
good communication and teamwork skills
ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly
ability to stand, bend, and work for extended periods
manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for detailed work
ability to work in a manufacturing environment (may include noise, dust, and varying temperatures)
valid work authorization in the country of employment

Nice To Haves

previous experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring, or similar manufacturing environment preferred
experience with industrial control panels or electrical cabinet assembly

Responsibilities

Assembling electrical control cabinets and panels according to engineering drawing and wiring diagrams
Installing components such as relays, circuit breakers, terminal blocks, and wiring.
Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, layout drawings.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area following safety protocols
