The Operator 4 is responsible for assembling and wiring cabinets in accordance with engineering drawings, and work instructions. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work with hand and power tools, and a commitment to quality and safety. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • ability to read and interpret drawings
  • familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
  • basic understanding of electrical components and wiring practices
  • strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly
  • ability to stand, bend, and work for extended periods
  • manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for detailed work
  • ability to work in a manufacturing environment (may include noise, dust, and varying temperatures)
  • valid work authorization in the country of employment

Nice To Haves

  • previous experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring, or similar manufacturing environment preferred
  • experience with industrial control panels or electrical cabinet assembly

Responsibilities

  • Assembling electrical control cabinets and panels according to engineering drawing and wiring diagrams
  • Installing components such as relays, circuit breakers, terminal blocks, and wiring.
  • Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, layout drawings.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area following safety protocols
