About The Position

Bonnell Aluminum is hiring an Operator Level 1 for its AnoPlus team. The role processes material safely and efficiently through fabrication and packaging, evaluates material for compliance with quality standards, operates machinery, and contributes to process improvements. The operator reads fabrication prints and drawings and uses measuring devices to process material. The role also calls for encouraging efficient work, defusing conflict, and making good decisions. The position reports to the Department Manager, with direction from the Team Captain, and works Monday through Thursday from 6 p.m. to 4 a.m. The wage is $17 per hour.

Requirements

Read and speak English at a basic level without using a translation app.
Stand for long periods of time.
Infrequently lift or move up to 50 or 65 pounds.
Perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers.
Use a computer efficiently for data entry and retrieval.
Work with little or no supervision.
Be able to work overtime as needed.
Pass the company background check and drug screening.
