About The Position

Stryten Energy manufactures proprietary and custom injection molding products for industrial lead battery, automotive, and consumer markets. The company is expanding battery poly manufacturing and recycling output to help address industry-wide supply constraints. The Operator tends injection molding machines and ancillary equipment according to company quantity and quality standards. The position is on 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Starting pay is $19.09 per hour, plus a $0.35-per-hour shift differential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• General verbal, written, and math skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand for 12 hours a day.
• Ability to bend frequently at the waist or knees.
• Must be available for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Tend injection molding machines and ancillary equipment in accordance with company quantity and quality standards.
• Inspect, test, trim, flame, clip, and gauge parts; pack product; and perform other related tasks as required.
• Maintain necessary documentation and follow work instructions.
• Follow safety rules, wear required personal protective equipment, and keep the work area clean.
