About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Plastic Injection Molding Machine Operator to join the manufacturing team. The operator runs and monitors injection molding equipment to produce high-quality plastic components while maintaining production standards and workplace safety. The position is an opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or machine operation experience to build skills in a production environment. Pay is $18.00 per hour. Potential shifts are morning, swing, or overnight, with final assignment to be determined; flexibility with shift placement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines during production.
• Inspect finished plastic parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Remove, handle, and package completed plastic components.
• Monitor production processes and report equipment issues or product defects.
• Perform basic quality checks and maintain accurate production records as needed.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Meet production goals while maintaining consistent product quality.
