About The Position

Kohler Co. manufacturing teams are hiring Manufacturing Associates for our Plastics Facility in Sheridan, AR. This position specializes in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting. Requirements

Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including but not limited to bending, lifting, and pushing weight.
Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
Consistent attendance and work performance.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Nice To Haves

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Ability to operate low-complexity machinery and some high-complexity machinery and processes, at rate, while adhering to all quality and safety standards.
Must be able to complete required paperwork as directed by leadership.
Frequent independent judgment required in making decisions on equipment.
Required to keep production areas as safe and clean as possible.
All other duties assigned as needed by supervisor.
