About The Position
Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Stamper is responsible for the operation of various stamping machines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to use all measuring equipment needed for first piece and end-run inspections.
- Must be mechanically inclined to understand the fundamentals of stamping machine and die operations.
Nice To Haves
- General Manufacturing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for checking tooling and material to ensure they match the customer requirements.
- Locate and troubleshoot tooling used to process orders per customer requirements.
- Responsible for first piece inspection to ensure that the parts meet the customer specifications.
- Responsible for end run inspection of parts to ensure produced parts meet customer requirements.
- Responsible for the safe operation of all stamping machines and tools used in the stamping areas.
