This position is based at our Middletown, Virginia manufacturing facility, supporting the production of clinical diagnostic products. Our operations include formulation, filling, labeling, assembly, and packaging in a Medical Device regulated environment. How Will You Make an Impact?: As an Operator II, Manufacturing, you will perform production activities that help ensure high-quality diagnostic products are manufactured safely, accurately, and on schedule. Your attention to detail, cleanliness, and consistent adherence to written procedures will directly support product quality and our customers. A Day in the Life: - Perform filling, labeling, assembly, packaging, and other manufacturing operations according to approved written procedures and production requirements. - Complete production documentation accurately and follow established quality, safety, cleanliness, and cGMP requirements. - Maintain clean and organized work areas, identify and communicate production or quality issues, and work collaboratively to achieve daily production goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
- Ability to read, understand and consistently follow written procedures, work instructions and safety requirements.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively work in a team environment
- Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods and perform repetitive production and assembly activities.
- Must be able to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds and wear required personal protective equipment.
