About The Position

The Operator II prepares machines for production by tooling and parametrizing them according to work order information. The role monitors production status during and between production sequences, takes action when deviations occur, and operates machinery while controlling production processes and following documented procedures. The Operator inspects manufactured parts, identifies and discards defective items according to protocol, and supports maintenance with machine repairs, downtime prevention, and inspections. The role requires compliance with safety and production rules and proper use of personal protective equipment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communication in English.
Ability to operate medium-complexity machinery in a manufacturing environment.
Good visual acuity.
Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without an employment visa or other sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment.
Experience working with power tools.
Ability to read blueprints.
