About The Position

This is a 12-month contract position for an Operator - Assembler in Temecula, CA. The role requires 6 months of manufacturing experience, but not necessarily in medical devices. Candidates with warehouse, forklift driving, or Amazon experience, or those with short job tenures, are not being considered. Proficiency in English for speaking, reading, writing, and training is essential. The position involves using microscopes, following policies and procedures, and performing basic arithmetic. Physical requirements include the ability to sit/walk/stand for up to 10 hours, intermittent crawling, squatting, climbing, twisting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting/carrying items less than 50 pounds. Successful candidates must pass an eye exam and color vision test. Candidates should also be aware of any upcoming vacation or time-off needs.

Requirements

  • 6 months of manufacturing experience (not warehouse, forklift, Amazon, or short tenures).

  • Ability to intermittently crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push or pull.
  • Must possess visual acuity, i.e., close, distance, and color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to lift/carry items less than 50 pounds.
  • Must pass eye exam and color vision test.

Nice To Haves

  • Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus.
