About The Position

Responsible for producing high-quality medical devices in a manufacturing environment. Performs assembly, repair, testing, inspection, and documentation of pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related medical device components while following standardized procedures and quality standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Basic computer skills and experience using electronic documentation systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, repair, inspect, and test medical devices and related components.
  • Follow written work instructions, manufacturing procedures, and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate production records and ensure product traceability.
  • Operate electronic data collection systems and basic computer software.
  • Communicate production issues and process improvements to supervisors.
  • Follow Lean Manufacturing principles and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and safety regulations.
  • Handle small components with precision while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet daily production goals.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant manufacturing work environment.
