Requirements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of machine safety procedures, including Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO).
- Ability to make real-time adjustments and follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs.
- Full physical dexterity and ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and variable temperatures.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required in certain areas.
Responsibilities
- Operate various CNC machines.
- Support the CNC programming team by making minor adjustments and performing regular quality checks.
- Troubleshoot machines and equipment to quickly and safely resolve production issues.
- Conduct inspections to ensure products meet company quality standards.
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Perform any other tasks assigned to support the team.
