About The Position

Borman is hiring for entry-level openings in the Manganese Dioxide Unit at its facility. This is a chemical production role, not a warehouse position. Applicants must be at least 19 years old and self-motivated, with working knowledge of material handling equipment. The position involves working across various departments and performing physical tasks indoors and outdoors, including in hot and cold weather. The schedule is Monday through Friday on the day shift, with overtime as needed. Starting pay is $27.92 per hour for the first 90 days. Full benefits begin on the date of hire.

Requirements

Must be at least 19 years of age.
Experience in the construction or laborer field.
Self-motivated, with a working knowledge of material handling equipment.
Ability to work flexible hours and varied shifts.
Comfort working in diverse weather conditions, including hot and cold environments.
Ability to perform lifting, bending, carrying, stooping, and walking indoors and outdoors.
Familiarity with hand tools and basic operating equipment.
Ability to work around moving equipment.
Eagerness to learn and excel in assigned tasks.
Reading and math skills comparable to those of a high school education.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
Good communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
